Information of Witnesses taken at the parish of Saint
Bartholomews the less in the Ward of
Farringdon without in London the 11th.
day of March 1795 on view of the body
of Edward Noone there lying dead.

Michael Robbins< no role > of Chiswell street in the County of
Middlesex Victualler maketh oath that last Monday
afternoon about one o'Clock Dept heard a person call to horses
to stop, when which he Corked into the street & saw the dead
lying in the street in the Carneje way about two yards from
the foot pavement & Dept says the near Wheel of a Cart which
was passing a long went over his head says it was a Coal Cart
laden with Coals the property of as Dept has been informed &
beleives of Spencer Wood< no role > of Bridewell precinct that the Cart
was passing at a Common fort hear & the praise was near the
street which passed over the dead that the Cart was stopped
and the deced was taken up & carried to the shop of choper
in the NeighbourhoodDept says the seale of the dead was
much fractured

William Sloman< no role > of Islington in the County of Middx
Gentleman maketh oath that last Monday afternoon Dept
saw the deced who was crossing the street fall down; that a
Coal Cart was sten passing along the street, the horses going a
common foot paw & a man was in the Cart [..] he had no reins
to juide or manage the horses with, and the driver was not with
the Cart. Dept says he believes the deced fell downwithinabout
