Quarray on the thirty first day July in the year aforesaid at the parish of Saint Botolph

in the Ward of Aldersgate
without in London aforesaid being near
into a certain Stallion in a certain street there situate called Goswell street

to happened that the said Stallion did accidentally casually and by misfortune
violently bite the right arm of him the said William Quarray thereby giving to
him the said

in the year aforesaid intil the fifth day of August in the same year did languish
and languishing did live and afterwards (to wit) on the same day and year last aforesaid
at the parish and ward last aforesaid in London

of the said mortal wound did die and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath
aforesaid dosay that the said

aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune came to his death and not
otherwise and that the said Stallion was moving to the death of the said

and is of the value of forty shillings and the property and in
the possession ofDimsdale of Aldersgate
