said BarbaraWilson and these
Deponents have not been able notwithstanding such
enquirys to learn any certain Tidings of her the said
Barbara Wilson And these Deponents to Dibbs Warne< no role >
Hicklin Thompson and Brockhurst further severally
say That the said Barbara Wilson< no role > is [..] very material
Witness forth prosecution and that they these Deponents
severally verily believe that the said Barbara Wilson< no role > hath
been spirited away by the Agusts of the said Samuel
Wilson
< no role > and has been ever since and now is in his their or
same or One of their Custody or power and that from
absenting herself in aforesaid these Deponents are prevented
from being ready to prosecute the said Samuel Wilson< no role > but
have hopes that if the said Samuel Wilson< no role > is detained till the
next Sessions that they shall be able to find out the said
Barbara Wilson which three Deponents severally say they
will continue to use their utmost endeavours by themselves or
their Agent so to do and also to trace out other Evidencel
which may fully from the heath of their Charge against the
said Samuel Wilson< no role >
