Information of James Elliott< no role > of Oxford
Street in the County of Middlesex
Silver smith who being upon his
Oath Says

That on Monday Morning last being
27th Augt. 1770 two Melatta Boys
came to him, and opened to him a [..]
Cup with a Covert chair and a Silver
Cup of the same of third of Make which
Gold & Silver this Informant bought
of the said Boys, and paid them for
the seld twenty pounds and eighteen
Shillings & for the Silver two pounds
nine Shillings & six pence and this
Informant further says that the
two Melatta Boys Now present
are the two persons who sold to him
the said Elliot the before mentioned
Goly & Silver
