with an Intent to Settle there without giveing notice in Writeing
according to the Lawes in that case made and Provided and not
haveing gained any Settlemt there are likely to become chargeable
to the same And whereas Appeares unto Us upon the Oath of the

as a Lodger in the House of Mr Seabin a Barber in
Walbrooke Seven years and afterwards a Lodger One yeare in the House of One
Tady a Bricklayer in the said Pish which was in the yeare
of our Lord 1685 And that she nor her said Husband have not
had any legal Settlemt. Sune to her Knowledge
These are therefore in his Majties. Name to Charge and Comand you the
Churcwardens or Overseers of the Poore of the Pish of St. Buttolphs without
Bishopsgate
London some or One of you to Pass and Remove the said Mary
Roworth< no role >
and her Two Children Children out of your Parish into the Pish
of St. Stephen Walbrooke London
and them deliver to the Churchwardens or
Overseers of the Poore of the said Pish or to some or One of them whoe
are hereby required them to Receive and Provide for as Poore of their
Parish until they shalbe dischargd of them by due course of Lawe
And for soe doeing this shalbe your Warrant Given under our hands
and Seales this 20th. day of February 1696
