Statute Itt is therefore now thought fitt and Ordered by his
Maties. Justices of the Peace att this Generall Quarter
Sessions assembled That the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poore of the said Parish of St. Bridgett als Brides and of
the Severall and respective partes of the Parishes of St. Dunstans in
the west St. Andrewes Holborne and St. Sepulchers which doe Lie
within the Said Ward of Farringdon without within the Libertyes
of this Citty doe and Shall Severally and respectively on the First
day of the Next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be
holden for this Citty after Midsommer next in Open Courte Deliver
or Cause to be delivered to his Maties. Justices of the Peace which
shall be then Assembled in their Said Quarter Sessions to be held
att the Guildhall London a true and perfect Coppy in writeing
of the Accounts of all Such Sumes of money As have been by them
and every of them in their Severall and respective Parishes
and partes of Parishes aforesaid Received or Rated and Assessed
and nott received for the necessary releife of the Poore there
in their Said respective Parishes for the Twoe yeares now past
imediately before Easter last And how and to whome the same
moneyes which were Received have been paid out and disbursed
And of Such Summe or Summes of money as are in the hands of
any of the Said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of
the Said Parishes and partes of Parishes abovenamed respectively
and nott yett paid and delivered Over And why the moneyes
Assessed and nott received were nott duely demannded and
Levyed According to the Said Statute As They the Said Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the respective Parishes and partes
of Parishes abovenamed will respectively answere the Contrary att their
utmost perills.
