The Humble Petition and Appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Luke in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands & Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the
said City (One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the thirteenth day
of October last Henry Moreland< no role > with Mary< no role > his Wife and their Child
James< no role > Aged one Year (since deceased) were removed from the parish of Saint Giles
without Cripplegate in the said City of London unto the said parish
of Saint Luke in the said County of Middlesex Alledging the said
parish of Saint Luke to be the place of their last legall Settlement.
