City at the General quarter Sessions of the Peace assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals
of the Righte Honourable Sir John Thompson< no role > Knight Lord Mayor of the
City of London and Sir Richard Brocas< no role > Knight two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the said City of London and the Liberties thereof bearing date
the Sixth Day of September last John Toney< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife
were removed from the Parish of Saint Sepulchres in the City of
London to the said Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London as
the Place of their last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggreived by
the said Warrant or Order and humbly Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that
they may be releived against the said Warrant or
Order in such manner as to this Honourable
Court shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners as in Duty bound shall ever Pray
