at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Michael in the City of Coventry

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of
the Right [..] shipfu [..] Sr.John Thompson [..] Sr Henry Hankey< no role > Knights two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace of the said City of London and the Liberties thereof
(One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 10th. day of November last William Thompson< no role >
an Infant
was Removed from the Parish of Saint Bennetts near Pauls Wharf London to the
said Parish of Saint Michael in the City of Coventry as the Place of his last Legal
Settlement

That Yor Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrant or Order and humbly Appeal against the same

Yor. Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that they
may be releived against the said Warrant or Order
in such Manner as to this Honourable Court shall
seem meet

And yor. Petitioners as in Duty bound shall ever Pray Etc.
