To the Right Honourable
the Lord Mayor and to the Worshipfull
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
City of London at their General Quarter of
Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
in the said City of London

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Brass Crosby< no role > and John Hart< no role > Esquires
Aldermen of the said City two of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the City (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Twenty ninth day of December last Elizabeth
Stephens
< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from
out of the Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaff in the City
of London to the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the said City as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Stephens< no role > Whereby
your Petitioner s conceive themselves to be aggreived

Your Petitioner s therefore humbly
pray your Worships to appoint a Day
in this present Session to hear and determine
their said Appeal
