WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street
London , That John< no role > aged Seven Years and upwards
and Ann< no role > aged four Years and upwards the Five
legetimate Children of John Harris< no role > by Elizabeth< no role > his Wife
both deceased had
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of Elizabeth Scott< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement [..] [..] and Ann
to be in the said Parish of Saint Paul at Shadwell
in [..]
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and
require you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street
London , forthwith to remove and convey the said John and
Ann
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Paul at Shadwell in the County of Middlesex
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this fourth Day of Novr One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty three
