July last, that the Prisoner then went away and
Examinant having Reasons to suspect that he
was not the Person he Represented himself to be
referred to the former Dividend Book to compare
the Hand Writing and not finding that the Signature,
Corresponded he immediately went to the [..]
Office for Payment of Diviidends to learn if the
Warrant had came in for Payment and was told
if had not upon which Informant returned be
his own Office that he [..] found the Prisoner in the Rehinder
of the Bank where he was detained and carried before
the [..] Deputy Governor and Director
of the Bank

saith that he knows the Prisoner now under
Examination and that his Name is Francis
Parr and not Isaac Hart< no role >

William Edwards< no role > Accountant General of the
Bank of England saith that after the Prison
was this Day apprehended in the Bank by
[..] upon being asked whether he had any objection to deliver up [..] to him the Warrant
and receipt now produced Purporting to be the Receipt
