(Mr Walter) that he this Deponent would have
Notice when it would be necessary for him this
Deponent to attend And this Deponent saith
that he never received any Notice or Intimation
whatsoever directly or indirectly that it would
be necessary for him to attend at the said
Sessions And this Deponent lastly saith that
his non attendance was solely occasioned by
reason of his not having received such notice as
he was informed by the Crowner he would
have and not from any other motirre or
Cause whatsoever
