There isfoundthis day a Bill of Indictment found
agt.. Defendant for Obtaining a Bill of Exchange for
£100 Guineas from Prosecutor under prtence of getting it Discounted
for him he is a Noted Sharper in this way-& a Prisoner
in the Rules of the Fleet -and means to give Bail to
this Indictment-and we are affraid that the Bail
will be of the same Stamp with himself therefore
we wish to Oppose such Bail as may be produced by
by him on this Occasion we know nothing of them
but by all means oppose them as much as Possible

Judge Gould was applied to uper Affidt. of
the Facts and granted his Warrant upon such
[..] affidt to Arrest [..] the Deft and hold him to
Bail for the full sum above mentioned but
finding Deft to be a Prisoner in the Fleets [..] tit
it advisable to Prefer a hill of Indictment
