upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens and oversees of
poor of the parish of st. Bottolph without Bishopsgate in the City
London against an order Dated the 30th day of June last under the
hands & Seales of Thomas Rand< no role > and John Fuller< no role > Esqrs twe of his [..]
Justices of the Peace for the said County (quor unns) whereby on
Thomas Hinton< no role > a poor person who was likely to become a great Charge
to the parish of St.Giles without Cripplegate in the said County of
Middx if not spedily prevented to was recovered from the said Parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate to the said Parish of St. Buttolph without Bishopgte [..]
as the place of his last legall settlement and upon hearing of
Councell for both the said Parishes By consent of Mr Mal [..] et
Councell for the Inhabitants of the said Parish of St Giles
without Cripplegale It is thought fit & ordered by this Court that
the appeal of the said Applicants be & the same is here by
allowed and that the aforesaid order of the said two Justies
be and the same is hereby vacated & Discharged
