to the said Parish of St. Buttolph without Bishopgte

as the place of his last legall settlement and upon hearing of
Councell for both the said Parishes By consent of Mr Mal [..] et
Councell for the Inhabitants of the said Parish of St Giles
without Cripplegale
It is thought fit & ordered by this Court that
the appeal of the said Applicants be & the same is here by
allowed and that the aforesaid order of the said two Justies
be and the same is hereby vacated & Discharged
