To the Right Worshipfull the Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx at their
Generall Quarter Sessions now Assembled.

The Humble Petition of Samuell Hutton< no role > John Hocker< no role >
William Collier< no role > Richard Wall< no role > & Henry Quintam< no role > Parishioners
of Yr. Parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the said County
in behalfe of themselves & diverse other Inhabitants
of the said Parish

Sheweth


That your Petitioners in January Sessions last Exhibited their
Petition to this Court against William Cuxon< no role > Thomas Gibson< no role > & Thomas
Shadd
< no role > Surveyors of the High Ways for the year 1719 for the said Parish to
Account for such Moneys as remained in their hands at the Expiration of
their said Office & thereupon a Comittee of Justices of the Peace for this
County were Ordered & appointed to Inspect & Examine the said Accounts
of the said Surveyors & Report their Oppinions thereof to this Court at this
imediate Sessions that such further Order might be made there in as should
be just

That in pursuance of such appointment the said Comittee were
Attended by your Petitioners & also the said Surveyors & Allegations were
heard on both sides & a Report being now Offered to this Court whereby your
Petitioners think themselves Aggreived & for that Your Petitioners have
not had either a view or Coppy of the said Report

Your Petitioners therefore most Humbly
pray that they may have a Day appointed
by this Honourable Court to make their
Objections to the said Report by Councell

And Yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
