The Humble Peticon of the Chappell Warden
and Overseer of the Poor of the Precinct of St
John Baplist in the Savoy in this County.

Sheweth.

That by an Order under the Hands and Seales of Thomas
Railton< no role > and Francis Sorell< no role > Esqrs two of his Matys Justices
of the Pease for the City and Liberty of Westmr . dated the
Third Day of June last one Margaret Camron< no role > an Infant
Aged about Seven Months was removed and Conveyed
by the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Margaret Westmr in this County to Yor
Petrs by the Name of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Strand als
Savoy in the Said County

Your Petrs. therefore humbly Conceive
themselves Agreived by the Said Order
and humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Same and pray Your
Worships will be Pleased to Appoint
a Day for all Partyes Concerned to
Attend and Abide the Judgmt of
this Court touching the said Appeal

And Your Petrs shall pray Etc
