The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St. Margtt Westmr in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Wm. Gore< no role > and Wm. Conne< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties Justices of the peace of and for the [..] fily and
Liberty of Westmr and [..] said County of Middx bearing
Date the Sixth day of May last Ann Smith< no role > was Remove
from and out of the said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields in the County aforesaid to the Said Parish of Saint
Margarett Westmr . as the place of her Lawfull
Settlement

That yr Petrs thinking themselves agrieved
by the Judgment of the Said two Justices humbly Appeal to
your Worsps. against the Same

Therefore humbly pray your Worsps. would
be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Said Parish of
Sr. Martin in the Fields in this County
may Attend this Court Some day this Quarter
Sesss. to hear and Abide the Judgment and
final Determination of this Court
touching the Said Appeal
