To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St Martin in the Fields in the County
of Middx And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St Margarett Westmr in the
Said County& to Each and Every of them

Whereas Complt hath been made unto us two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Qurg un) by the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St Martin in the
Fields that Anne Smith< no role > aged about twenty Eight Years is

come and intruded to dwell in the said parish of St Martin in the Field
not haveing gained any legall Settlemt there and that She is likely
to become Chargeable to the said parish of St Martin in the Feilds

And Whereas upon Examinacon thereof taken before us
upon Oath and other Circumstances it appears unto us that the said
Anne Smith< no role > was last legally Settled in the said pish
of St Margarett Westmr in the said County of Middx

Wee the said Justices do therefore adjudge that the said parish of
St Margaretts Westmr in the said County of Middx is the parish and
place of the last legall Settlemt of the said Anne Smith< no role >
and that She is likely to become Chargeable to the
said parish of St Martin in the Feilds

These are therefore in his Majesties name to require &
comand you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
pish of St Martin in the Feilds to remove and Convey the said
Anne Smith< no role > out of and from your said pish into
the sand pish of St Margaret Westmr in the said County of Middx
& her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there
or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive the
said Anne Smith< no role > into their Core & to provide for
her according to Law hereof faile not at your Pills Given under
our hands & Seales the Sixth day of May Anne Dm 1720
