the time being or his Order for the use of his now Matie. King
George his heires & successors all such sume & sumes of
money as have been or shall be imposed & sett for any
fine or fines by any of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the sd. County assembled at any of their Generall
or Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace held within
the said County on any Prisoner or Prisoners comitted
or to be comitted to the custody of the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role >
as Keeper of the said Prison for any offence or offences
by them comitted, & which shall or without his or their
wilfull default may at any time or times be reced
by him or his servant or servants dureing such
time as the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role > shall continue Keeper
of the sd. Prison, And doe & shall likewise well & truely
accompt with & pay or cause to be paid unto the clerk
of the peace of the sd County for the time being or his
Deputy all such fees as the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role > or
his respective servant or servants shall or without
his or their wilfull default may dureing the time
he shall continue Keeper of the sd Prison receive
for the use of such Clerke of the peace of any
Prisoner or Prisoners comitted or to be comitted
to the sd. Prison, And that whenever [..] the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role >
shall be displaced & discharged from the sd office or
employmt. of Keeper of the sd Prison by the major
part of the Justices of the peace of the sd County
That then if he the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role > shall
forthwith peaceably deliver up & quitt the possession
