of the sd Prison & the dwelling house thereto belonging
with the appurts together with the Prisoners comitted
to his custody as Keeper of the sd Prison & then
remaining undischarged to such other person or
persons as shall be by the Justices of the peace of the
sd County or the major part of them elected chosen
nominated & appointed to be Keeper of the sd Prison
in the stead & place of him the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role > ,
Then this obligacon to be voyd or else to remaine
in full force & vertue,
