comittedor to be comitted to the custody of the sd Gilpin
Markwick< no role > as Keeper of the sd Prison for any offence
or offences by them comitted, & which shall or
without his or their wilfull default may at any
time or times be reced by him or his servant or
servants dureing such time as the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role >
shall continue Keeper of the sd. Prison, And doe &
shall likewise well & truely accompt with & pay
or cause to be paid unto the Clerke of the peace
of the sd Countyor his Deputyfor the time being
or his Deputy all such fees as the sd Gilpin Markwick< no role >
or his respective servant or servants shall or
without his or their wilfull default may dureing
the time he shall continue Keeper of the sd. Prison
receive for the use of such Clerke of the peace of any
Prisoner or Prisoners comitted or to be comitted to
the sd Prison And that [..] whenever the sd. Gilpin Markwick< no role >
shall be displaced & discharged from the sd Office or
employmt. of Keeper of the sd. Prison by the major part
of the Justices of the peace of the sd. County That then
he the sd. Gilpin Markwick< no role > shall forthwith peaceably deliver
up & quitt the Possession of the sd Prison & the dwelling
house thereto belonging wth. the appurts together with
the Prisoners comitted to his custody as Keeper of the
said Prison & then remaining undischarged to
such other person or persons as shall be by the Justices
of the peace of the sd County or the major part of them
