Whereas upon reading the appeale of the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
Bishopsgate in the City of London exhibited unto his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of Middx at
the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
the sd. County by adjornmt. on the twenty Sixth day of
April now last past against an Order under the
hands & seales of Samuel Benson< no role > & Alexander
Pitfeild< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx (Quorum unus) beareing
date the nineteenth day of March last whereby
John Potter< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife & his two children
Mary< no role > aged about Six Yeares & Thomas< no role > aged about
four yeares were removed from the Parish of St.
Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of Middx to the
said Parish of St. Botolph Bishopsgate as their last
place of legall Settlemt; It was Ordered that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd Parish
of St. Leonard shoreditch & all persons concerned should
attend the Court of the same Generall Quarter Sessions
on the twenty eighth day of the same Month of April to
heare & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon of that Court
touching the said appeale, And by Order made by the
same Court on the said twenty eighth day of April aforesd .
