To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St: Martin in the Fields in the County of
Middx And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret Westminster in
the said County of Middx
and
to each and every of them.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us Two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx (Quor Unus)-
By the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St: Martin in the Fields That Mary Withers< no role > aged about two years.
was
brought and left-in the said Parish of St: Martin in the
Fields contrary to Law not having gained any legall Settlement there and that
she islikely to become chargeable to the said Parish of St: Martin
in the Fields.

And Whereas upon Examination thereof taken before Us
upon Oath and other Circumstances it appears unto Us that the
said Mary Withers< no role > was last legally Settled
in the said Parish of St: Margaret Westminster in the said County
of Middx

We the said Justices do therefore Adjudge. That the said
Parish of St. Margaret Westminster in the said County of Middx
is the Parish and Place of the last legall legall Settlemt: Of the
said Mary Withers< no role > and that
she is-likely to become chargeable to the said Parish of St: Martin in
the Fields .

These are therefore in his Majestys Name to require &
Command You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St: Martin in the Fields to remove and Convey the said Mary
Withers
< no role > out of and from your said
Parish unto the said Parish of St: Margaret Westmr : in the said County
of Middx and her-to deliver to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor there or to some or one of them Who are hereby required
to receive the said Mary Withers< no role > into th [..]
Care & to provide for her [mark] according to Law hereof fail not at yord
Perills Given under our hands & Seales this Nine and twentieth
