Whereas Giles Fortin< no role > exhibited his humble peticon
Unto this Court on Wednesday the fourteenth day of
October instant setting forth that the Petr. was about
four yeares past bound an Apprentice to Charles-
Barling< no role > Freeman of London Fann maker by his
Father Lewis Fortin< no role > and then lived with his said-
Father four yeares to learn of him the sd. trade
and afterwards his said Father who is since dead
did by some bond or instrumt. in writing bind
a fresh the petr. for some small terme of yeares
under seven which the Petr. is a stranger to,
unto Thomas Plumer< no role > in Great wild street in-
the parish of St. Giles in the fields Fann Stickmaker
with whom the Petr. lived eight months after his sd.
Father's death, On which he used the Petr. very ill
and threatens imprisonmt. and refuseth to produce
to the Petr. or his Friends the insturmt. or writing by
which he pretends to detaine the Petr. as his
Apprentice, the Petr. haveing noe counter part
thereof, And the Petr. therefore prayed this Court
would Order that the said Thomas Plumer< no role > with
the instrumt. in writing whereby he holds the Petr.
might attend this Court, and that the Petr. may be
discharged from the same and have such releife in
the premisses as to this Court Should seem meet,
