dwelling houseoutought to be repaired at his owne
charge or at the charge of this County, And to give
an accompt to the Court of Generall or Quarter Session
of the peace for this County of what Sume or Sumes
of money Shall be necessary to be laid out [..] due & payablefor repaireing the
roof of the Petrs. said dwelling house andalsoefor
doeing the Said other repairesunto the Workman
or workmen employed or to be uniplased therein,
with their opinions
touching the premisses, And as to the aforesaid
party wall between the Said Workhouse & the said
house of Correccon It is in respect thereof hereby
recomended & referred unto the sd Comittee of
Justicestoor any three of them to view the sd party wall And if necessary to be repaired their to forthwith then tocause notice to
make an estimate of the whole charge of repairing the Same & cause
notice to be given unto John Bellers< no role > John Hopes< no role > Daniel
Vandewall

Hagen

Lessees of the said Workhouse or to Richard Hutton< no role >
their Steward residing there that in case the said
Lessees will agree to be at halfe charge of repairing
the saidwallparty wall the other halfe charge
of repaireing the Same will be borne by this County
Andin case theif the said Lessees doe agree to pay Such
halfe charge Then and in Such case It is hereby
