Thomas Plumer< no role > should attend this Court on this
present Friday the sixteenth day of October instant -
to shew cause why the Petr. should not be discharged-
from his apprenticehood to the sd Thomas Plumer< no role > ,-
and be releived according to the prayer of his peticon
and that the said Thomas Plumer< no role > should produce
the deed of apprenticehood in question before this
Court at the Same time, Now upon heareing of
what was alledged by the Petr.and alsoe
by the said Thomas plumer< no role > And upon
touching the premisses, And upon produceing the-
deed of apprenticehood in question, whereby the-
Petr. was putt Apprentice to the said Thomas Plume< no role > r
for the terme of four yeares & an halfe & not for soe
long time as the terme of seven yeares as the law in
such case directs, This Court is of opinion that the-
Said deed of apprenticehood is Voyd & of noe-
effect, And doth therefore Order that the sd. Giles
Fortin
< no role > the Petr. be and he is hereby absolutely
discharged of & from his apprenticehood to the said
Thomas Plumer< no role > , And wee whose hands & Seales-
are hereunto sett being four of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for this County (Quorum unus) present
at the Said Sessions have pronounced & declared
and doe pronounce & declare that for the reason
aforesaid wee have discharged and doe accordingly
discharge the said Giles Fortin< no role > of & from his said
apprenticehood to the said Thomas Plumer< no role > , Dated
Under our hands & Seales the sd. Sixteenth day of-
October in the eleventh yeare of the reign of his sd
present Matie. King George,
