Whereas Gosper Sholter< no role > of the parish of St: Ann in the Libty of
Westmr within the County of Middx was by Recognizance (bearing date
November the 18th: 1723 ) bound to appear at the next Genall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for the County of Middx next after the
Birth of Such Bastard Child or Children which was or were in
the Body of Mary Stuart< no role > Single woman and as yet unborn and may become chargable to these parish of St. Anne Now,
we the Overseers of the poor of the sd Parish of St: Anne at that time being do hereby
Certify, that the sd Gosper Sholter< no role > , hath Satisfyed, and discharged
the sd parish of St: Anne of and from all Costs and Charges that
may hapen or accrue hereafter to the sd Parish of St: Anne by
reason of such Bastard Child or Children. Therefore humbly
begg he may be discharged from his sd Recognizance: Witness
our hands this 16th: day of October 1724 :
