Upon hearing of the appeale of the Church wardens
Overseers & Parishioners of the parish of St. Dunstan
in the west London against an Order under the hands &
Seales of John Milner< no role > & John Mercer< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum unus) bearing date the seventeenth day of

March last whereby Jane James< no role > widow of Evan-
James
< no role > and their five children (Vizt.) John< no role > aged
thirteen yeares & upwards mary< no role > aged eight yeares
Jane< no role > aged four yeares Elizabeth< no role > aged two yeares-
& Letitia< no role > aged Six weeks were removed from the parish
of St. Giles in the fields in the said County of Middx to-
the said parish of St. Dunstan in the west London as
the place of the last legall settlement of the said Jane
James
< no role > & five children, And upon hearing of what-
was alledged by Councell for the Inhabitants of the
said parish of St. Giles in the fields and alsoe by
Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd. parish of St.
Dunstan in the West this Court doth disallow of
the said appeale, And doth ratify & confirm the-
aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace,
and the same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed
accordingly.
