Whereas the Church warden & Overseers of the-
poor of the hamlet of Hammersmith in the parish
of Fulham in this County exhibited their humble
peticon & appeale unto this Court at this present
General Sessions of the peace holden for the said
County by adjournment on Tuesday the twenty-
second day of February instant setting forth
that by warrant or Order under the hands & seales
of John Ellis< no role > & Miles Harper< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County (Quorum unus)
bearing date the nineteenth day of February
instant Robert Mason< no role > Hannah< no role > his wife and-
Edward< no role > their child aged about six yeares & four
months were removed & conveyed from the parish
of St. James Westminster in the said County to the-
said hamlet of Hammersmith in the parish of-
Fulham in the said County alledgeing therein
that the said hamlet of Hammersmith in the parish
of Fulham is the place of the last legal settlemt-
of the said Robert Mason< no role > Hannah his wife and-
Edward their child And that the petrs. finding
themselves aggreived by the aforesaid Order of the
said two Justices did appeale against the same,
the matter of which appeale was appointed to be
