Take Notice that I intend to appear [..]
the Session of Oyer & Terminer to be held
by adjornment for the County of Middx
on Thursday next being the twenty ninth
day of this Instant August at ten of the
Clock in the forenoon & will then & there try my
my traverse on the Indictment you have
there preferred against me for unlawfully
unjustly & deceitfully attering & paying
to [..] you one peice of false money
made of brass pewter & other base metalls
for & as a peice of good a lawfull money
& coin of this Realm called a Gaine a
[..] nowing the same to be false &
Counterfeit Dated this 29th day of August
1734

Psecutor of this Indictmt. wth: a true Copy of the

seventh day of this Instant August about the
hour of three in the afternoon at his dwelling
house in Queen streete near the seven Dials
in the parish of St Giles in the Feilds & that the
said Norman accepted the said notice & told this
Depont that he would appear
