of Middx Linen Draper Maketh Oath that
the Deft. Henry Turvill< no role > hath Divers times
assaulted & beat this Dept. in a Cruel
& barbarous Manner and that by his Threats the
verily beleives she goes in great Danger
of her life or some Bodily harm
which the said Deft. will do or cause
to be done [..] to this Dept. if the said
Deft. is not continued upon his
