Take Notice that last Sessions I Pleaded to the
Indictment which upon preferred against me for a Rescue, You
Indicted me by a Wrong Christian Name Therefore you are to
take this Notice that you are to appear at this present Several
Sessions of the Peace held by Adjornment at Hick's Hall in
Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on
Wednesday next being the Eleventh day of this Instant by
Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon then and there you are
[..] the Plea of a Wrong Name which I have
Pleaded to your said Indictment in order to be discharged
