Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofSaint
Mary Le Bone unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for theCountyaforesaid
ThatWilliam Hogan< no role > Son of William Hogan< no role >
by Jane < no role > his Wife aged never two Years

lately intrudedand Comeinto your said Parish ofSaint
Mary Le Bone
there to inhabit asaParishioner contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, andis there like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examinati-
on and Enquiry made into the Premisesas also upon Oath

it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
William Hogan< no role > is

like to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSaint Mary
Le Bone and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the saidWilliam Hogan< no role >
is in the said Parish of
Hardin in Hertfordshire

These are therefore in his Majest's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Mary Le Bone aforesaid, that you,
or some or you, do forthwith remove and convey the saidWilliam
Hogan

from your said Parish of Saint Mary Le
Bone to the said Parish ofHardin in
Hertfordshire aforesaidandhimdeliver
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the saidWilliam Hogan< no role >

into their saidParishand provide forhim
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
FourthDay ofMayin the Year or our
Lord One Thousand Seven-Hundred andThirty four
