The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the
County aforesaid

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the hands & Seals of Oliver Lambart< no role >
& John Ludbey< no role > Esqrs two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirty first day
of July last Alice Wheelor< no role > Singlewoman was removed
from the Parish of St James Westminster in the
County of Middlesex aforesaid to the Parish of Saint
George Hanover Square As the place of her last legall
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrived.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Prays this Court will Please to
Appoint a time for hearing the said
Appeal & that all Persons Concerned
may Attend at the same time

And your Petitionr. shall ever Pray & so forth
