The Information of Samuel Rance< no role > of
the Parish of stanes Glazier and Plumber concern
John Brown< no role > his Apprentice taken before me on
Oath One of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the said County this 2d. of Septr. 1736

Who upon his Oath saith that John
Brown
< no role > his apprentice by Indenture for the Term of
service without his consent or leave had and
obtained: The first time on the 7th. of Nov.1735 [..]
Jan the 18th next following, and a second time on
June the 25th last, and did not return till the [..]
this Instant Sept. that the last time he next away being
about to concert him for some fault, he shuck and
assaulted this Informant that the keeps very bad house
frequently lyes out at mights disobeys his Lawful come
and that he is in all respects, a very idle disorderly [..]
apprentice. and further this informt. sixth that he [..]
been a great sufferer, by the said John Brown< no role > his [..]
apprentice not only by the loss of his time, beong fre [..]
obliged to line another man to do his business, but [..]
by hisgreat carelessness and malice in the wast an [..]
conmmption of his materials. And he further saith [..]
that he hath had all things proper and conveni [..]
for him,and that his apprentice has wanted for notice
during the time that he has lived with him,and [..]
he has yet three years to serve
