The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint John of
wapping in the County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass warrant or Order under
the Hands and seals of Richard Richards< no role > and
Richard Farmer< no role > Esqrs Two of his majties Justices
of the Peace for the said County (one of the Quorum)
bearing date the 3oth day of July last past
John Feathers< no role > and william Feathers< no role > the
lawfull Issue of John Feathers< no role > and Mary< no role > his
wife were removed from the Parish of Saint
Mary WhiteChappel in this County to the said
Parish of Saint John of wapping as the place
of their last legall settlement

That your Petrs Conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order and
humbly appeal to this Court against the
same

And pray that your worshipps will
be pleased to Appoint a day this present Session
that all Parties may attend to hear and abide
the Judgement and determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal

And shall pray Etc
