County of Midlx in Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of the
old Artillery Ground in the Liberty of
the Tower of London

Sheweth


That by a warrt. on order of removal bearing
date the Ninth day of this Instant October Under the
hands and Seals of Richard Ricards< no role > and Richd Farmer< no role >
Esqrs. two of this Majtes Justices of the peace for the sd
County one being of the Quorum Robert Hunt< no role >
Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their two Children that is to Say
Frances< no role > aged about three years and Mary< no role > aged
about Seven Months the Lawfull Issue of the said Robt.
Hunt
< no role > and Elizabeth his wife was removed from the
parish of Saint Mary White Chappell in the said
County to the Liberty of the Old Artillery Ground as
the place of their last Legall Settlement

That Your peticoner think themselves
agreived by the warrt. or order of the said
two Justices and Humbly appeal against
the same.

Your Petrs: therefore humbly pray you
would be pleased to order the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of white Chappell and all other persons
Concerned to attend this Court some day
this present Sessions to hear and abide
the Judgement and determination of this
Court touching the permises and that Your
Petrs. may have such releife therein as to
Justice and Law doth appertain

And your Petr. Shall ever pray Etc.
