The King against John Manby< no role > and Grace< no role > his Wife

John Manby< no role > of the Custom house London Esquire maketh Oath
that on or about the twenty Eighth day of October last past this
Deponent was Assaulted by Holliday Laws< no role > Catherine< no role > his Wife
and Mary Crowther< no role > and this Deponent soon after tooke the first
Opportunity that Offered of Indicting the said Laws and his Wife
and Mary Crowther< no role > in his Majestys Court of Kings Bench
for the said Assault in order to Obtain Satisfaction for the same
And this Deponent further saith that the said Holliday Lawes &
Mary Crowther< no role > have since Caused two several Indictments to
be found against this Deponent and his Wife at a Session of the
Peace holden at Hicks's Hall in and for the County of Middlesex
for Assaulting the said Holliday and Mary, And the said Catherine
Lawes
< no role > hath also since Caused another Indictment to be found
in the said Court of Kings Bench against this Deponent for
Assaulting her the said Catherine And this Deponent further Says
that some time in Easter Term last this Deponent Consented that
all the Matters in Difference between this Deponent and the aforesaid
Lawes and his Wife and Mary Crowther< no role > should be Referred to James
Burrow
< no role > Esquire his Majestys Coroner and Attorney in the said
Court of Kings Bench for his Determination And accordingly a
Rule was obtained in the same Term for that purpose at Tene
Copy whereof is hereunto An next And this Deponent further
says that the said Mr. Burrow before he went thro' the Examination
of the Matters to him referred went into the Country And as this Depts.
hath been Informed and beleives will not return untill on or about
the twenty third day of October Instant at which time this Deponent
intends to Procecute the said Matters in Dispute before the said
Mr. Burrow in Order for his Determination
