At the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the County of Middlesex by
Adjournment at Hicks Hall in St. John Street within the said County on monday
the Tenth day of October 1748 in the 22d Year of the Reign of King George

It is Ordered by this Court that the said George Keither< no role > and all Persons
Concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the
matter of the said Petition
