The Information of Mr. George Keys< no role > Surgeon Taken
before me this 14th. day of October 1760

Who being upon Oath says that he Yesterday examined the Body of
William Talbot< no role > and found a Wound on his left side which had entered
the Cavety of the Breast and Penetrated into the Substone of the Lungs
Terminating at the Basis of the hearts and farther says that he
is very possitive that the said Wound was the immediate Cause of
the said Talbots Death
