The Information of Edward Tymperon< no role > & Being Bradbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
taken before me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the said County

Who being Sevly on Oath say & first this Ins Edward for himself saith
That on Saturday last this Ins discoverd to be stole from him Twent
Three pair of Stone Sleeve Buttons set in Silver a Pair of Silver
Shoe Buckles 2 Silver Stock Buckles Nine Pair of Steel Buckles
and diverse other things and this Ins. suspecting a Person
now present who calls himself James Sampson< no role > to have stole the same he obtained a Warrant
to Search the Lodgings of the said James where the other
Ins found the above Goods which Goods are the Property
of this Ins & as he bels. stole from him by the sd. James
And the Ins Benj. Bradley< no role > for himself saith that he
is a Constable & went with the other Ins. to search the Lodggs
of the said James and there found the above Goods
which was claimed by the other Ins as his Property
