That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seal of

two of His Majesty's Justices of the
peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Fourth Day of March One thousand seven hundred and seventy
nine

and his Wife

by whom he has one Child now
living named
Ann< no role >
about Four Years of Age were removed from and out of the
Parish of Saint John of Wapping
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of
Saint Botolph Billingsgate
by the Description of Saint Botolph in the City of
London
as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said William Hoskin
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal against the said
Order or Pass Warrant and pray that your Worships will
be pleased to appoint some Day in this present Session for the
hearing and determining the said Appeal And to Order
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint John of Wapping
Do attend this Court in
to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal.
