I George Elliott< no role > High Constable of that Division of the
Hundred of Ossulston called the Tower Division Do humbly
Certify to His Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the peace assembled
that in obedience to the order made at the last General Session of the peace held for the said County at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street on
Monday the Fifteenth day of February last I together with the Petty
Constables and other peace Officers within my Division patroled the
Principal Streets in the said Division on that day and the Three
following days and also on Saturday the Twentieth day of same
month and that we used on utmost Endeavorers to Suppress any
Riots Routs unlawful Assemblies or other beach of the public peace
the might a use

And I do further Certify that for Two days
previous to try being Served with the abovementioned order I together
with the said Petty Constables and peace officers assembled in
different parts of the said Division in order to suppress any Riots Routs
or Tumults that might arise pursuant to the Orders by me received
from the Clerk of the peace for this County

And I do also further Certify that I and the peace
Officers of my Division have incurred Expences in Executing the
said Service and order to the amount of Thirty Pounds
which Expence I humbly hope this honourable
Court will allow
