To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex in
General Quarter Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall in the said County Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden, and
Overseer, of the poor of the Parish of saint Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of Thomas
Edward
< no role > , and James, Fielding< no role > Esquire , tywo of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid (one
where of being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixteenth day of
February last Margaret Mitchell< no role > This name instance is in set 4469. Singlewoman aged about twenty two
Years an Ideal was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Saint Anne as the Place of he: last legal Settlement whereby
the Petitioners Conceive themselves to be Agrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Justice, and their said Order and
pray that the Benefit of this Appeal may be saved to your Petitioners
and that the Hearing and determining there of may be adjourned
to the next General Session of the Peace to be holden in and for
this County.
