The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Stephen Walbrook in the City of London

Sheweth

That Edwd Webster< no role > Esqr and I Girdler Esqr Two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the County
of Middlesex by an Order under their hands and Seals
Respectively bearing date the twenty Sixth Day of December
1785 Directed to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Luke in the County of Middlesex
Did thereby Require them to Remove and Convey Mary
Freeman< no role > (the Widow of Thomas Freeman< no role > deceased )
and her two Children namely Sarah< no role > aged about four
Years and Mary< no role > aged about Sixteen months in to the sd
Parish of St Stephen Walbrook

That your Petr Appretend & are Advised
that they are greatly Aggrieved by the sd
order of Removal

And

Therefore your Petrs humbly Appeal
against the Same and Pray that your
Worships will Pleace to make such order
therein as Shall be Just and Reasonable

And Your Petitioners shall over pray Etc
