The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty [..] Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals
of Chas: Triquet< no role > (and D. Wilmot Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 10th day of January last
Elizabeth Lewis< no role > was Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the Place of her last legal
settlement where by Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order, And pray that your
Worships will Please to appoint some day in this
present Session for the hearing and determining the said
Appeal, and that all persons Concerned do then attend
this Court
