To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex General Session of the Peace at the Session house for the said
County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Anne within the Liberty of Westminster .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and
Seals of Charles Triquet< no role > and Dr Wilncot Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Late the 15th day of February
instant John Tindles< no role > was remove and Conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the Place of his last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order, and Pray that your Worships will
Please to Appoint some day in this Present Session for
the hearing and determining the said Appeal, and that
all persons Concerned do then attend this Court.
