The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary at Hill London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of George Booth< no role > and W Blackborow
Esquires Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Nineteenth Day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand
Seven hundred and Eighty Six Mary Robinson< no role > was Removed and
Conveyed by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the said County of
Middlesex from and out of the said Parish to the said Parish of
Saint Mary at Hill in the City of London as the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Mary Robinson< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
to be agrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant
humbly appeal against the same to your
Worships and pray Relief in the Premisses
and that a Day in this present Session may
be appointed for the hearing and Determining
the said Appeal.
