being solemnly
called but not appearing nor any persons on his behalf and Proof
being made upon Oath of a Copy of Petition and Appeal at this
present Session haveing been personally served upon him It is
Ordered by the Court that the said Richard Gurney< no role >
be and he is
hereby absolutely discharged from his said Apprenticeship In
Testimony whereof We four of the said Justice present in
the said Session at making the said Order of Discharge have
hereunto Set our Hands and Seals the Twentieth day of July in the
Year of our Lord On thousand seven hundred and Eighty Six.
